1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using GlowPet ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

GlowPet is a skincare companion app that provides:

• AI-powered face analysis and scoring
• Personalised skincare routine recommendations
• AI hairstyle and eyebrow visualisations
• AR eyebrow try-on
• Habit tracking and progress monitoring
• Virtual pet companion

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use most features of the App. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when creating your account
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

GlowPet offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Weekly: Billed weekly after a free trial period (if offered)
• Monthly: Billed monthly
• Yearly: Billed annually

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and subject to Apple's terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

Image credits for AI visualisations are included with premium subscriptions and reset daily. Additional credits may be available for purchase.

5. AI-Generated Content

GlowPet uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations and visualisations. Please note:

• Not medical advice: AI analysis and recommendations are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional dermatological or medical advice.
• Accuracy: AI-generated content may not always be accurate or suitable. Results vary based on photo quality, lighting, and other factors.
• Visualisations: Hairstyle and eyebrow visualisations are AI-generated approximations. Actual results from a stylist may differ.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to analyse photos of people without their consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or services
• Share, sell, or redistribute AI-generated content for commercial purposes
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, features, and content (excluding user-provided data) are owned by GlowPet and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your photos and personal data. AI-generated visualisations are provided for your personal use.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data, including face and photo data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI analysis or recommendations will be accurate
• AI visualisations will match real-world results
• The App will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlowPet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to any decisions made based on AI recommendations.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases and your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
